Preparation Method :
- Pressure-cook rice and moong dal for 2 whistles.
- Grate coconut.
- Half the cashew and fry golden in half a teaspoon of ghee.
- Fry the raisins for a few seconds.
- Powder cardamom.
- Melt jaggery in hot water and strain to remove scum.
- Thicken jaggery over fire and add milk.
- Now add the rice and dal and grated coconut.
- Stir well, and when it thickness, add ghee, cashew nuts, raisins and cardamom powder.

- 300 grams of Rice
- 100 grams of Moong dal
- 500 grams of Jaggery
- 200 ml of Milk
- 4 tablespoons Coconut
- 2 teaspoon Cardamom
- 100 grams of Cashew nuts
- 4 teaspoons Raisins
- 5 tablespoons Ghee
