Preparation Method :
- Melt jaggery in boiling water and strain to remove scum.
- Grate coconut.
- Powder cardamom.
- Soak rice and grind coarsely.
- Add banana and jaggery with coarsely ground rice and make into a thick batter.
- Add coconut pieces and cardamom powder to batter. Prepare in a 'Neiappam' mould vessel with ghee.

- 1 kg Rice
- 500 grams of Jaggery
- 4 tablespoons Coconut
- 2 teaspoon Cardamom
- 4 Bananas
- Ghee for frying
