- Dry roast sesame seeds till they turn light golden and fragrant. Remove from heat and let it cool.
- Grind the sesame seeds in a mixer.
- Heat khoya for 3 minutes on low heat in a kadhai till soft. Remove from kadhai to a tray. Cool.
- Mix the roasted sesame seeds and sugar with the cooled khoya.

- 300 grams sesame seeds
- 300 grams khoya- grated
- 100 grams powdered sugar
