Preparation Method :
- Blanch the almonds in boiling water for 5 minutes.
- Drain and peel the almonds.
- Heat a pan, dry roast the almonds till turns light brown.
- Cool and Grind the almonds to make a powder.
- Heat a pan, add sugar and water, stirring continuously till the sugar dissolves.
- Add milk and cook till turns thick consistency.
- Add almond powder and mix well.
- Mix till the mixture turns smooth and pliable.
- Transfer the mixture onto a flat surface and spread to cool a little.
- Grease your palms with ghee and knead.
- Spread it out in an aluminium tray.
- Cut into diamonds or squares and serve.
