Preparation Method :
- In a bowl, add corn flour, maida, rice flour and mix well by adding water to make a batter.
- Heat a pan, pour water and sugar.
- When it turns to syrup form, add saffron and let it boil for a while.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan
- Dip the sliced apples in the batter and fry the apples one by one and put in the sugar syrup.
- Garnish with almonds.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 apple, slice as rings (centre stem removed)
- 2 tablespoon corn flour
- 2 tablespoon rice flour
- 2 tablespoon maida
- IDHAYAM Sesame oil for frying
For sugar syrup
- 250 grams sugar
- 1 litre water
- ½ teaspoon saffron
- 2 teaspoon almonds chopped
