Preparation Method :
- Chop dates finely.
- Break the biscuits roughly into bite sized pieces.
- Heat butter in a kadai in Low flame.
- When the butter melts add sugar and keep on stirring till it melts.
- Now add the dates and stir well till it blends well.
- Switch off the flame and add the biscuit crumbs.
- Mix well.
- When the heat is reduced a bit add the whites of 2 eggs and mix well.
- Take 2 rectangular aluminium foil sheets and divide the date mixture into these sheets on one end.
- Now make into logs and roll the foils.
- Refrigerate for an hour and then cut into rounds and serve.

- 100 grams Butter
- 200 grams Dates (seedless)
- 200 grams Sugar
- 200 grams arrowroot biscuits
- 2 Eggs
