                    Preparation Method :
- Soak the Basmati Rice in water for 2 hours. Heat water in a pan and add 2 cloves, 2 cardamoms, sweet attar and lemon juice. Add soaked rice and cook rice till done.
 - Make a sugar syrup of one string consistency and keep aside.
 - Add rice to sugar syrup and add khoya on top.
 - Put 1 cup melted ghee on rice. Cook on dum for 25 minutes.
 - Heat ½ cup ghee in a pan, crackle 3 cloves, 3 cardamoms and temper the rice.
 - Remove the rice in a serving dish, garnish with the soaked Kesar, dry coconut and Silver leaves.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams Basmati rice
 - 300 grams Sugar
 - 150 grams Khoya
 - A pinch of Zarda(Saffron) soaked in hot milk
 - 5 cloves
 - 5 cardamoms
 - 3 drops sweet attar
 - 2 teaspoon lemon juice
 - 250 grams Ghee
 - 50 grams dry grated coconut
 - 50 grams Raisins
 - 800 ml water for the sugar syrup
 - 2-3 silver leaves
