BEATEN RICE IN JAGGERY

Preparation Method :
- Melt jaggery and strain to remove scum. Fry cashew nuts in ghee to golden colour. Wash beaten rice and keep aside.
- Stir jaggery over fire and thicken it a little. Add beaten rice and stir.
- When it becomes a little sticky, add cardamom powder, mix and remove from fire.
- Add cashew nuts, ghee.
INGREDIENTS
- 300 grams of Beaten Rice
- 100 grams of Jaggery
- 2 teaspoon Cardamom powder
- 2 tablespoon Cashew nuts
- 4 tablespoons Ghee
