Preparation Method :
- Place the rice and 1 litre of the milk in a heavy-based pan. Cook gently for about 30-45 minutes or until most of the milk has been absorbed.
- Add the remaining milk and the sultanas, stir well and continue cooking until thickened. Remove from the heat and add sugar to taste.
- Leave until completely cold, stirring occasionally to prevent a skin forming, then stir in the cream.
- Turn into small dishes and serve cold, sprinkled with crushed cardamom seeds and rose petals.

- Lightly crushed cardamom seeds
