Preparation Method :
- Bring the milk to the boil in a heavy-bottomed pan. Simmer till it thickens to half the quantity.
- Add the sugar and simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Mix in the crushed cardamoms and saffron. Garnish with the chopped pistachios.
- Serve chilled.

- 3 litres milk
- 100 grams sugar
- 9 green cardamoms, crushed
- 1 teaspoon saffron strands
- 2 tablespoon chopped Pistachios for garnishing
