Preparation Method :
- Wash, drain and dry the rice thoroughly.
- Bring the milk to a boil in a pressure cooker.
- Add the sugar and rice.
- Put on the weight and cook in simmer for 30 minutes.
- Open the cooker once the pressure is totally released.
- In a pan, heat the remaining ghee and fry the cashew nuts and raisins and add it to the Pal payasam.
- Serve hot or chilled.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Litre Milk
- 250 grams sugar
- 100 grams Raw rice
- ¼ teaspoon Cardamom powder
- 10 Cashew nuts
- 8 Raisins
- 2 teaspoons ghee
