Preparation Method :
- Boil the milk, stirring frequently, till it is reduced to three-quarters.
- Add the almond paste, sugar, crushed cardamoms, nutmeg powder and saffron. Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
- Serve chilled.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 litres milk
- 150 grams almonds, soaked, peeled and grinded to fine paste
- 100 grams sugar
- 4 green cardamoms, crushed
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg powder
- 1 teaspoon saffron strands
