Preparation Method :
- In a bowl mix together the rice flour and sugar with water to make a smooth batter.
- Heat a flat griddle with a little oil. When the pan is hot pour a ladle of the pancake mixture on to the griddle to form a circle.
- When the pancakes starts to crisp at the edges, flip the pancake over and cook until golden brown. Serve with Honey, Yogurt and Cinnamon Ice Cream.

- 225 grams white rice flour
- 50 grams castor sugar
- Cooking oil, for frying
- Sifted icing sugar, for dusting
