Preparation Method :
- Mash the banana, add maida, rava, Jaggery thick syrup (or sugar) and 1 pinch salt.
- Add coconut scraped, powdered cardamom, cashew nuts.
- Mix well to make dosa batter consistency.
- In a tawa, make little thick small size dosai by adding ghee and sesame oil in equal amount.
- Once done take it out and serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 5 nos. medium sized Full ripe banana
- 100 grams Jaggary/sugar
- 250 grams maida
- 4 teaspoon rava
- ½ a Coconut
- 5 nos Cardamom
- 10 nos Cashew nuts splits
- 1 pinch Salt
- 50 grams Ghee
- 50 ml IDHAYAM Sesame oil
