Preparation Method :
- Grind the bread slices to a get fresh breadcrumbs.
- Boil the milk in a non-stick pan.
- Add sugar, condensed milk, breadcrumbs and cook, stirring continuously, on low flame for 15 minutes.
- Remove from flame, add saffron and cardamom powder. Mix well.
- Set aside to cool down to room temperature.
- Refrigerate for 3 hours and serve chilled.
- Dress up with sliver flakes.

- 500 ml Milk
- 2 White bread slices
- 150 ml Condensed milk
- 4 tablespoons Sugar
- ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder
- A few strands of Saffron
- Sliver flakes for dressing
