Preparation Method :
- Boil ½ cup milk in a heavy saucepan, till it reduces to half its quantity.
- Warm the remaining milk and add saffron. Add this to the hot milk. Add the cardamom powder and the chopped nuts. Mix well and cool.
- Cook the grated pineapple with the sugar in a saucepan till soft, stirring continuously for about 5 minutes on low heat. Cool.
- Add cooked pineapple to the milk mixture. Mix well.
- Serve chilled, garnished with pineapple pieces.

- 50 grams fresh pineapple, grated
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 750 ml milk
- A few strands saffron
- ½ teaspoon cardamom
- Chopped nuts as desired
