Preparation Method :
- Boil milk in a thick bottom kadhai, after boil lower heat and simmer for about 25 minutes till the milk is reduced to one-third quantity and turns thick. Keep scraping the sides as you thicken the milk.
- Grate the petha, add the petha and cardamom seeds to the rabri and mix well. The rabri is not too thick as the petha makes it very thick on cooling.
- Remove from heat, pour into a serving dish and chill. Garnish at the time of serving.

- 1½ liters full fat milk
- 100 grams petha
- Seeds of 4 cardamoms - crushed
Garnish
- 5 almonds - blanched and chopped
- 1 teaspoon pistachio flakes
- 1 sheet silver leaf
