Preparation Method :
- In a heavy-bottomed pan, add all the ingredients except 2 tablespoon ghee and cook on low heat. Keep stirring constantly till it reaches a thick halwa consistency.
- Prepare a serving plate grease with ghee evenly on all sides.
- Pour the thick mixture on to the buttered plate. While still hot cut into squares.
- Cool and serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 600 ml milk
- 300 grams sugar
- 120 grams ghee
- 50 grams semolina
