Preparation Method :
- Knead the paneer for 3 minutes on a clean surface after the excess water has drained out, while it is still moist.
- Add the icing sugar and cardamom powder and continue kneading for 2 more minutes.
- Place the mixture on very low flame and stir till the raw smell of the paneer goes and the mixture forms a soft dough. Do not overheat.
- Knead the dough again and form desired shapes.
- Make a small indent on top of the sandesh and place segments of kiwi fruit.
- Refrigerate and serve chilled.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 kiwi fruits
- 200 grams paneer
- 8 tablespoon icing sugar
- ½ teaspoon cardamom powder
