Preparation Method :
- Dissolve the saffron into the milk for about 8-10 minutes. Add the sugar, zest and crumbled paneer.
- Knead for about 3-5 minutes or until it turns to even and creamy mass. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Take a spoonful of the mixture, shape it into small balls and roll them in the almonds.
- Chill for few minutes or until ready but bring back to room temperature to serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 125 grams low-fat paneer, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon hot milk
- Icing sugar to taste
- Few saffron strands
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 30 grams almonds, blanched, skinned and finely chopped
