Preparation Method :
- Mash paneer coarsely. Add skim milk powder and condensed milk.
- Heat the mixture in a thick bottom kadhai. Cook on medium heat with constant stirring till the mixture becomes thick and starts leaving the sides of the Pan.
- Remove from the heat and add cardamom. Spread onto a greased plate. Top with finely sliced pista. Cool and cut into squares.

- 500 grams sweetened condensed milk
- 3 heaped tablespoon skim milk powder
- 600 grams paneer
- Seeds of 4 green cardamoms - powdered
- 10 pistachios -sliced
