Preparation Method :
- Spread coconut on a Plain Plate and dry for 1 hour.
- Then mix with ground paneer, sugar and cardamoms.
- Heat the pan and put the mixtures, cook over a slow fire till the mixture turns thick and leaves the sides of the vessel.
- Mix in the essence and remove from flame.
- Put in a ghee greased plate, cover with foil and cut into pieces when cold.
INGREDIENTS
- 200 grams homemade Paneer
- 250 grams sugar
- 100 grams finely grated coconut
- 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
- ½ teaspoon rose essence
- Silver foil
