Preparation Method :
- Boil the milk and once it condenses to 50 %, add sugar, cardamom and saffron to thick consistency to make rabri.
- In a bowl beat egg add 1 tablespoon sugar. Add flour, vanilla essence and chopped almond and raisins to make batter.
- Carefully fold rabri to this batter.
- Grease ramekins (moulds) with butter.
- Pour batter in the Ramekin and Bake it at 205 degree for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Cool down to room temperature and serve.

- 120 grams Sugar
- 4 Cardamoms
- 5 sprigs Saffron
- 90 grams refined flour
- 2 Eggs
- 4 ml Vanilla essence
- 20 grams Almonds
- 15 grams Raisins
