                    Preparation Method :
- In a heavy bottom pan, fry the urad dal in a medium flame. (Don't make it brown.)
- Then allow it cool to room temperature, grind it in a mixie, little coarsely.
- Heat a pan, add ghee and sesame oil.
- Add cashews and grounded urad dal and mix well in medium flame, till gets aroma.
- Then switch of the flame and mix sugar.
- Make laddus out of it.
INGREDIENTS
- 400 grams Urad dal
- 200 grams Sesame oil
- 100 grams Ghee
- 20 nos Cashews
- 500grams Sugar
- 10 nos Cardamom
