Preparation Method :
- Take a pan and add the jaggery, water. Stir it until jaggery dissolves in water.
- After jaggery gets dissolved, Drain the impurities from the syrup using the filter.
- Add the syrup to the rice flour and mix well along with the sesame seeds and make dough.
- Then divide it into equal portions and make it as small balls.
- Now take a frying pan and heat oil in a medium flame. Deep fry the sesame balls till it become a chocolate brown.
- Finally, drain on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.

- 250 grams Rice flour
- 250 grams Jaggery, crushed
- 25 grams Sesame seeds
- Sesame oil, to fry
