Preparation Method :
- In a Pan, Fry the coconut and keep aside.
- Heat a heavy bottomed pan, add 100 ml ghee and roast semolina (rawa) over low heat for about 5 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and Spread it on a paper or wide plate to make it cool.
- Then Mix Semolina, Roasted coconut, Cashews, powdered sugar and the cardamom powder with remaining clarified ghee.
- Mix well. Shape it into ladoos.
INGREDIENTS
- 300 grams powdered sugar
- 200 grams ghee
- 250 grams semolina (rawa)
- ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder
- 50 grams cashew nuts, cut into mini bits
- 1/2 coconut, grated
