Preparation Method :
- Fry all dhals till golden brown, then make it cool.
- Then make fine powder of all mixed Dhal and also sugar.
- Now fry the dhal powder in ghee till golden brown.
- Mix with sugar powder, finely chopped dry fruits and cardamom powder and prepare laddu.
- Garnish with dry fruits and serve it.
INGREDIENTS
- 200 grams Green gram
- 200 grams Bengal gram
- 100 grams Black gram
- 100 grams Red gram
- 800 grams Sugar
- ½ teaspoon Cardamom powder
- 200 grams Chopped dry fruits
- 1 kg Ghee
