Preparation Method :
- Put cardamoms and 1 tablespoon sugar in a blender and blend to a powder. Keep aside.
- Heat a kadhai and dry roast semolina for about 8 minutes on low-medium heat till light brown. Keep aside.
- Heat ghee in a kadhai, add plain flour and cook on medium to low heat for about 5 minutes till light brown. Add semolina and mix well for a minute. Remove from heat.
- Heat khoya on very low heat for 2 minutes in a kadhai till very soft. Remove khoya from kadhai and transfer to a tray to cool.
- When the khoya mixture cools a little, add coconut, cardamom powder, sugar and chopped nuts. Mix well.
- Add semolina and flour also to khoya. Mix well to bind. Add 1 more tablespoon of melted ghee if needed to bind properly. Now immediately bind into laddoos, they will firm up when cool.

- 500 grams desiccated coconut
- 200 grams khoya
- 300 grams powdered sugar
- Seeds of 10 green cardamoms
- 300 grams dry fruits -chopped
