Preparation Method :
- Heat ghee in a kadai and add green cardamom powder, gram flour and roast on low heat till a nice aroma is left out.
- Transfer roasted gram flour to a bowl and add crushed almonds and mix.
- Allow the mixture to cool.
- Add sugar and mix. Roll into even sized laddoos.
INGREDIENTS
- 25 Almonds, crushed
- 800 grams Gram flour (besan)
- 400 grams Ghee
- ½ teaspoon Green cardamom powder
- 400 grams Powdered sugar
