PISTACHIO AND NUT KULFI

                    Preparation Method :
- Combine milk, coconut cream and cream in medium saucepan, stir in rind and juice. Stir for 3-5 minutes. Stir in pistachios followed by the coconut and cloves.
 - Stir in brazil nuts; stir over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes or until mixture boils and thickens. Remove from heat; cool for 5 minutes. Remove cloves.
 - Pour mixture into deep loaf pan; cool to room temperature. Cover; freeze until almost firm.
 - Remove from freezer, turn mixture into large bowl. Beat with electric mixer until mixture is creamy; return mixture to pan. Cover; freeze it again until firm.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 420 grams sweetened condensed milk
 - 200 grams coconut cream
 - 100 ml orange juice
 - 200 grams cream
 - 2 tablespoons grated orange rind
 - 30 grams chopped pistachios
 - 30 grams shredded coconut
 - 4 cloves
 - 30 grams chopped brazil nuts
