Preparation Method :
- Make a paste with arrowroot and a cup of cold milk and add to the rest of the milk.
- Add sugar and khoya and cook till of thick creamy consistency. Add whipped cream and nuts.
- Finally add in the essence and mix. Remove, cool and pour into kulfi moulds and freeze.
INGREDIENTS
- 50 grams finely chopped pistachios
- 1 litre milk
- 100 grams arrowroot
- 250 grams castor sugar
- 150 grams khoya
- 150 ml cream
- A few drops kewra essence
