Preparation Method :
- Boil milk, stirring continuously till it reduces to half. Allow it cool.
 - Add the condensed milk and blend it well. Then add 1 cup cream, make sure not to blend for more time or else butter will be formed.
 - Stir in the sliced almonds with saffron and the cardamom powder.
 - Pour the mixture in kulfi moulds and freeze to chill.
 - Dip the mould in some warm water for a few seconds and unmould it while serving.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 250 ml cream
 - 1 litre milk
 - 400 ml condensed milk
 - 2 tablespoons blanched, peeled and sliced almonds
 - ½ teaspoon cardamom powder
 - Few saffron strands dissolved in 1 tablespoon of warm milk
