                    Preparation Method :
- Boil the milk in a wok till it reduces to half.
 - Add the brown sugar , stir till the sugar dissolves and allow the milk to cool.
 - Then in a double container melt the chocolate and honey.Pour it in the milk.
 - Add the cocoa powder and condensed milk .Mix them well.
 - Put the milk back to flame. Add the cornstarch and stir continuously till the mixture thickens.
 - Add pistachios and allow to cool.
 - Now pour them in kulfi moulds and freeze for 2 hours.

- 1 litre milk
 - 200 grams brown sugar
 - 200 ml condensed milk
 - 200 grams grated chocolate
 - 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
 - 1 teaspoon honey
 - 1 teaspoon corn starch
 - 200 grams pistachios
