Preparation Method :
- Boil the milk.
- Grate the dry petha sweet and put in the boiled milk.
- Stir the mixture continously till the dry petha sweet mixes well with the milk.
- The mixture of milk and petha will become thicker.
- Turn off the gas knob.
- Let the mixture cool down to room temperature.
- Put chopped almonds and cashews into the mixture and blend well with mixie or with a blender (just once or twice).
- Refrigerate it for about an hour.
- Serve chilled garnishing it with grated almonds and cashews on the top.
