PANEER MANGO PASAND KHEER

Preparation Method :

  • Boil milk with elaichi powder and sugar add few strips of saffron, remove from flame, grate the paneer in to that and again heat for a minute.
  • Remove from the flame add milk maid and mango pulp and stir well.
  • Add the saffron and grated almonds and serve chilled or hot .

INGREDIENTS

  • 50 grams Paneer
  • 1 teaspoon Mango pulp
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Milk maid
  • 10 strips Saffron
  • 2 grams Elaichi
