Preparation Method :
- Boil milk with elaichi powder and sugar add few strips of saffron, remove from flame, grate the paneer in to that and again heat for a minute.
- Remove from the flame add milk maid and mango pulp and stir well.
- Add the saffron and grated almonds and serve chilled or hot .
INGREDIENTS
- 50 grams Paneer
- 1 teaspoon Mango pulp
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 200 ml Milk
- 1 tablespoon Milk maid
- 10 strips Saffron
- 2 grams Elaichi
