Preparation Method :
- Soak rice for half an hour in water and grind into a fine paste.
- Powder cardamom.
- Spread the rice batter in banana leaves, roll and steam for 10 to 15 minutes; remove cool and cut into small pieces; (wash them in water and keep aside.)
- Boil milk add these steamed rice pieces and allow to thicken to half the quantity.
- Add sugar and cardamom. Remove from fire.
INGREDIENTS
- 3 liters of Milk
- 300 grams of Rice
- 300 grams of Sugar
- Banana leaves a few
- 1 teaspoon Cardamom
