Preparation Method :
- Coarsely powder rice.
- Stir the broken rice in ghee for a few seconds.
- If you have a large pressure-cooker, add rice with milk and pressure-cook for 7 whistles.
- Place a steel spoon or a small ladle in the milk. It avoids boiling over.
- Open cooker lid, and stir until it thickens to half the quantity.
- Now add the sugar, stir until it dissolves and remove from fire.

- 5 liters of Milk
- 400 grams of Sugar
- 3 tablespoons Rice
- 4 tablespoons Ghee
