Preparation Method :
- Soak the rice overnight and then grind it in a mixer with a little water till fine.
- Boil the milk in a heavy bottomed saucepan.
- Mix in the ground rice and dissolve well.
- Add the condensed milk, stirring. Let it thicken. Add a few strands of saffron soaked in some warm milk. Mix well.
- Put in individual porcelain bowls and chill. Garnish with raisins and tutti-frutti.

- 1 litre milk
- 100 grams rice
- 400 ml condensed milk
- A few strands saffron, nuts and tutti-frutti for garnishing
