Preparation Method :
- Boil grated kaddu in water and keep aside (Apart water from the boiled grated kaddu).
- Grind basmati rice till you make a paste of it in a mixer.
- Boil Sabudana in a glass of water.
- In ½ litre water add basmati paste and cook it for a while (5 minutes).
- Then add sugar, boiled Kaddu and milk in it.
- Finally add sugar and khoa to it.
- Add elaichi powder.
- Garnish with cashew nuts and almonds.
- Tastes good when served chilled.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Liters Full fat Milk
- 1 Medium grated Bottle gourd (kaddu)
- 300 grams Khoa
- 100 grams Basmati rice (handful) (soak in water for 30 mins)
- 50 grams Sabudana (Sago) (soaked for 20 mins)
- 6 Elaichi (Cardamom) powder
- 1 kg Sugar to taste
- 50 grams Cashew nuts (kaju)
- 50 grams Almonds cut finely for garnishing
