Preparation Method :
- Chop jackfruit and pressure-cook for a whistle. Mash and keep aside.
- Melt jaggery to remove scum.
- Extract coconut milk twice 1 diluted and 1 thick each Grate coconut for 1 tablespoon.
- Add jaggery with mashed jackfruit and stir well over fire until it thickens well.
- Now add diluted coconut milk first. Mix well. Then add thick extract.
- Fry grated coconut in ghee and add Pradaman.

- 1 kg of Jackfruit
- 400 grams of Jaggery
- 500 ml of Coconut Milk
- 2 tablespoon Coconut
- 2 tablespoon Ghee
