Preparation Method :
- Grate carrot, and pressure-cook in minimum of water for a whistle.
- Thicken milk to quarter the quantity, or, use condensed milk.
- Powder cardamom.
- Soak cashew in water for 1 hour and roughly grind.
- Add sugar to thickened milk. Then add the rest of the ingredients and stir well for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Add ghee last and freeze the kheer.

- 500 grams of Carrot
- 300 grams of Cashew
- 2 liter of Milk
- 2 teaspoon Cardamom
- 300 grams Sugar
- 8 tablespoons Ghee
