Preparation Method :
- Powder cardamon.
- Soak saffron in two teaspoons of hot milk. Squeeze between fingers until die milk is orange is colour and the saffron becomes soft.
- In a 200 ml of hot water add the beaten rice and stir.
- Close lid for about 3 minutes. Open lid and stir again. When it is very soft add sugar and stir until sugar is melted.
- Now add the milk and boil for 3 minutes. Add saffron and cardamom powder.

- 200 grams of Beaten Rice
- 600 ml of Milk
- 200 grams Sugar
- 4 teaspoons Cardamom
- Saffron a few strands
