Preparation Method :
- Powder cardamom.
- Slice pistachios into thin fine pieces.
- Chop cashew into small pieces.
- Boil milk and thicken over fire. Thicken to three-fourths the quantity. Add sugar, let it dissolve before adding the cardamom powder, pistachio pieces and the cashew pieces.
- Remove from fire and serve hot or cold as desired.

- 6 liters of Milk
- 300 grams of Sugar
- 100 grams of Pistachios
- 4 tablespoons Cashew
- 2 teaspoon Cardamom
