Preparation Method :
- Soak almonds in hot water for 15 minutes and peel skin. Grind into a coarse paste. You may add a little milk while grinding
- Boil milk and keep aside.
- Soak saffron in 3 teaspoons of boiling milk and extract essence by pressing with fingers until the milk turns orange.
- Add sugar and keep stirring until it dissolves. Add saffron, stir well before adding the almond paste.
- Dissolve it well and make sure there are no lumps. Pour into a vessel.

- 1½ liter of Milk
- 100 grams Sugar
- Saffron a few strands
