Preparation Method :
- Remove seed from jackfruit, pressure-cook for a whistle. Mash well Melt jaggery in a ¼ glass of water over fire and strain to remove scum.
- Add the mashed jackfruit with jaggery over fire and stir well.
- When it thickens and forms a jam add the ghee. Cool and store in a sterilized bottle.

- 2 kg of Jackfruit
- 600 grams of Jaggery
- 4 tablespoons Ghee
