Preparation Method :
- Chop bananas. Steam, remove skin and mash in blender
- Melt and strain jaggery as required
- Mix the banana puree well with the jaggery over fire until it thickens and leaves the sides.
- Add ghee and remove from fire; when it cools fill in a bottle and store.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 kg of Nendram bananas
- 1 kg of Jaggery
- 4 tablespoons Ghee
