Preparation Method :
- Powder cardamom.
- Dissolve saffron of boiling water and crush between fingers to soften until the milk turns orange Break and fry cashew in melted ghee.
- In a teaspoon of ghee, fry the vermicilli for 10 seconds; add milk and cook for 5 minutes in the pan; close lid and stir in between.
- In another pan add sugar with water; melt over fire and remove scum. Stir until becomes a slightly thick consistency.
- Now add the cooked vermicilli and ghee. Stir and add the saffron, and the fried cashew nuts and powdered cardamom.

- 800 grams of Semia
- 350 grams of Sugar
- 200 ml of Milk
- Cashew a few
- 2 teaspoon Cardamom
- Saffron a few strands
- 300 grams of Ghee
