Preparation Method :
- Heat the ghee in a heavy bottomed pan. Add semolina and fry over low heat for about 3 - 5 minutes. Remove the rawa from fire and keep aside.
- In a clean pan add measured water and milk, exactly double the quantity of semolina.
- Then stir in the semolina slowly over low heat in circular motions. Keep stirring, Stir in the sugar. make sure that no lumps of the rawa be formed.
- Add the cashewnuts, raisins, saffron and the pineapple pieces.
- Sprinkle some cardamom powder and add spoonful ghee. Garnish with cashewnuts and raisins.

- 100 ml milk
- 150 grams sugar
- 2 tablespoons ghee
- ½ teaspoon cardamom powder
- 150 grams semolina (rawa)
- 125 grams chopped fresh pineapple / tinned
- 250 ml water
- A few strands of saffron
- Cashewnuts and raisins
