Preparation Method :
- Mix the semolina with the ghee and keep for a minute in the microwave.
- Add the measured milk, sugar and the pulp with few raisins, chopped nuts and cardamom powder.
- Microwave for about 5 minutes.
- Serve in a plate with fresh mango pulp.
INGREDIENTS
- 150 ml milk
- 75 grams mango pulp
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- 50 grams semolina (rawa), slightly fried
- Sugar to taste
- Raisins, chopped nuts and cardamom powder
