- Grate the carrots. In a heavy bottomed pan boil the milk and add the grated carrots.
- Mix in the condensed milk and sugar. Cook on low heat, till the carrots are cooked.
- Add a teaspoon of ghee and stir well. Garnish with raisins and nuts. Serve hot.

- 500 grams carrots
- 600 ml milk
- 200 grams condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped cashewnuts / almonds
- 1 tablespoon raisins
- 3-4 teaspoons sugar to taste
- 1 teaspoon ghee
